- Provide top-tier assistance to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries regarding digital payment systems and processes
- Document interactions and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management software
- Collaborate with the tech team to resolve client issues effectively
- Educate customers about product features and security measures related to digital payments
- Gather customer feedback to enhance overall service quality
- Participate in team training sessions to keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in digital payments or fintech is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
- Interest in technology and digital payments
- Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous
