Mercier Consultancy invites fluent German speakers to join our team as German Speaking Customer Representatives. This (remote) role includes paid relocation to Greece, offering a unique blend of professional growth and lifestyle enhancement.
Your Role:
- Deliver customer support to German-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions professionally and promptly.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid support provided.
