German Speaking Customer Service For Financial Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Financial Department. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional service to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our financial products and services.

Your fluency in German will be essential as you help clients understand financial processes, resolve issues, and navigate our offerings. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the integrity and reliability of our financial services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with account management, transaction inquiries, and service-related questions
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to provide effective solutions
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve services
• Stay informed on financial regulations and product offerings to better assist clients

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in financial services, is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for financial services and helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with financial systems and customer support software is advantageous
