Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering personalized customer solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries for German-speaking clients
• Provide customized solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions offered
• Identify service improvement opportunities based on client feedback
• Support onboarding and training for new clients
• Keep abreast of company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered
