Your fluency in German will be crucial in ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to home appliances, warranty issues, and product troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
• Collect client feedback to improve service delivery and strengthen our offerings
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or consumer goods sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
