German Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Ride-Sharing App Department for one of our clients! In this essential Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking users, providing exceptional support and assistance with their ride-sharing experiences. Your language skills will ensure effective communication and help resolve any issues our users may encounter.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions regarding the app, ride options, and payment concerns
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
• Provide detailed information and guidance on app features and services
• Gather user feedback to help improve our offerings
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about new app updates

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the ride-sharing or transportation sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring user satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
