German Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Subscription-Based Services Department for one of our clients! In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries about our subscription services and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

This position is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service and have a passion for helping others. As a key member of our team, you will help streamline client experiences and address any challenges they may face with our services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about subscription plans, features, and billing
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Provide information regarding account management and service upgrades
• Gather feedback from customers to support service improvement initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with service offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, specifically in subscription-based services or related fields
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to addressing customer needs
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
