Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients regarding cybersecurity products and services through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues efficiently.
• Educate clients on cybersecurity best practices and guide them in utilizing security solutions effectively.
• Document customer interactions and technical inquiries accurately within CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity problems.
• Continuously update knowledge on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to enhance support quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security sectors.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills aimed at resolving client issues effectively.
