• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather evidence and resolve cases.
• Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to provide updates and gather information.
• Prepare clear and detailed reports on investigation findings and suggested actions.
• Stay updated on new fraud trends, laws, and best practices in fraud prevention.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in fraud investigation or related field is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
