In this role, you will be responsible for moderating and evaluating AI-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community standards and company policies while supporting the advancement of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and assess AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure adherence to community guidelines and ethical standards.
• Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies suited for GenAI platforms.
• Identify and report inappropriate, harmful or misleading content and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation strategies and GenAI model safety.
• Provide insights and feedback on trends and challenges related to AI-generated content.
• Stay current with company policies, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to content moderation and AI ethics.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in content moderation, preferably within AI or GenAI environments, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of content moderation guidelines and ethical considerations related to AI-generated content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Effective communication skills for providing clear and respectful moderation decisions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural setting.
• Self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies and online community safety.
