German Speaking Messaging Platform Support Specialist - Athens

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Messaging Platform Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients who utilize our messaging platforms. Your fluency in German will be essential as you assist German-speaking clients with any challenges they encounter, ensuring their experience with our services is seamless and satisfactory.

You will engage with clients to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on best practices, and help them maximize the potential of our platform. Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in German regarding messaging platform features and functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform
• Guide clients on best practices for using the messaging platform effectively
• Document client interactions and support incidents in our tracking system
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients about platform updates and features
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in messaging technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with messaging platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
