Bill teams to ensure placements are accurate, compliant and audit-ready at every stage.</p> <p data-start="1170" data-end="1330">This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to challenge and resolve issues where needed.</p> <p data-start="1170" data-end="1330">&nbsp;</p> <h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="1332" data-end="1355"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <h3 data-section-id="vbc8y" data-start="1357" data-end="1386">CRM &amp; Data Administration</h3> <ul data-start="1387" data-end="1623"> <li data-section-id="3lqc4a" data-start="1387" data-end="1478">Create, maintain and update placement, client and candidate records within the CRM system</li> <li data-section-id="15dmif9" data-start="1479" data-end="1559">Ensure all master data is accurate, complete and aligned to internal standards</li> <li data-section-id="t8ufp1" data-start="1560" data-end="1623">Identify and resolve data issues before downstream processing</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="hubhgd" data-start="1625" data-end="1658">Placement Review &amp;
