As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist German-speaking customers with rental bookings, inquiries, and support.
• Manage vehicle pick-up and return procedures, including inspection and documentation.
• Communicate rental policies, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
• Work closely with operations to ensure vehicle availability and service quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with rental management systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
