Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation bookings through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide accurate information about accommodation options, prices, and Booking.com policies.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and effectively.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings within Booking.com's reservation system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; good command of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
