As a Support Consultant, you will provide exceptional assistance to our German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to our Smart Cities initiatives. Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to German-speaking clients regarding Smart Cities solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to client inquiries
• Educate clients on the functionalities and benefits of our Smart Cities services
• Document and manage all client interactions and support requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to resolve complex client issues
• Gather feedback from clients to identify improvement opportunities in services
• Participate in training programs to stay informed about industry trends and new technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
• Ability to understand and navigate smart technology solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the tech or smart city sectors, is a plus
