Our tours immerse travelers in the essence of each destination through unforgettable experiences, strong connections to local culture, and a focus on regional food, wine, and traditions.</p> <p data-start="801" data-end="1064">As a <strong data-start="806" data-end="841">Tour Conductor for Gustoventura</strong>, you will help our travelers fulfill their dream of discovering the Mediterranean, creating meaningful and memorable journeys by bridging cultural gaps and fostering an appreciation for local, seasonal culinary traditions.</p> <p data-start="801" data-end="1064"><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Note: The team is currently full, but the team is fast-growing, and we might have opportunities soon! Please keep in mind, we'll only consider applications written in English.</strong></span></em></p> <hr data-start="1121" data-end="1124"> <h3 data-start="1126" data-end="1139">Your Role</h3> <p data-start="1141" data-end="1258">As a Tour Conductor, you will lead small groups (maximum 12/16 travelers) on <strong data-start="1209" data-end="1257">1–2 week tours across the Mediterranean area</strong>.</p> <hr data-start="1260" data-end="1263"> <h3 data-start="1265" data-end="1295">Your Main Responsibilities</h3> <p data-start="1297" data-end="1518"><strong data-start="1297" data-end="1315">Lead &amp; Inspire</strong><br data-start="1315" data-end="1318">Be the leader of your group, providing clear and engaging information about each destination, sharing your passion for Mediterranean cultures, and creating joyful, memorable experiences for travelers.</p> <p data-start="1520" data-end="1696"><strong data-start="1520" data-end="1538">Plan &amp; Prepare</strong><br data-start="1538" data-end="1541">Be well organized, know your daily itinerary in detail, and ensure smooth tour operations. Always be ready with a Plan B to adapt to unexpected situations. (The reservations are done by our Operations team of Gustoventura, so you won't have to book Hotels, transportation and accomodations yourself, we will give you all the info and ask for your cooperation in maintaning a good service from the customers.
