Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for German-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts to join our team in Greece with relocation support. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are eager to relocate to Greece, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for providing expert assistance to German-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable video streaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in German through phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to video streaming services.
- Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest video streaming products, features, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and enhance service quality.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments promptly.
Relocation support is provided to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Greece.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within video streaming or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive customer-centric approach.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms.
- Experience using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment in Greece.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with support provided.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
