Position Summary
The Get Ahead Internship (GAIN) Programme at ESR offers undergraduate and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and investment sector. This internship aims to develop future leaders by providing them with exposure to the principles of real estate investment, asset management, and operations through direct involvement in projects and activities at ESR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on various projects and support ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in data collection, market research, and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Participate in the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for executive meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and develop innovative solutions related to ongoing projects.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A genuine interest in real estate investment and asset management.
