<h2>Classroom Care & Child Supervision</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain a meticulously clean and orderly prepared environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform prep-work to ensure classroom environment is ready for students this summer</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide close supervision to children, always making sure they are safe </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Interact with children in a warm, joyful, respectful manner that fosters their independence</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Redirect children as necessary to protect Guides’ presentation time and peers’ concentration, and to maintain a peaceful and productive learning environment</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>College degree in (Early childhood) Education major</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Fluent English or Mandarin Speaker</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with children of the appropriate age group (2-6 years)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work well with other adults</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Growth mindset and problem-solving approach</p>
</li>
<li>Priority will be given to candidates based in Indonesia.</li>
</ul>
