Meet with parents on an individualized basis to discuss and resolve student issues as they arise</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Create a Strong Community on Campus</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>• Participate in regular team meetings</p> <p>• Participate in one-on-one meetings with your school leader and Montessori Mentor</p> <p>• Participate in community outreach, classroom celebrations, and parent information events</p> <p>• Actively participate and pursue annual professional development</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;To be considered for this role, all applicants must possess one of the following credentials:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in (Early childhood) Education major&nbsp;</li> <li>Fluent English Speaker&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working with children of the appropriate age group (18 months- 4 years old)</li> <li>Passion for the Montessori method of education</li> <li>Growth mindset and problem-solving approach</li> <li><strong>LON</strong> (L1/L2) from ECDA indicating your qualification to teach in Singapore.</li> <li><strong>MACTE</strong>&nbsp;( Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education) Montessori credentials is a plus</li> </ul> <p></p>
