Our client is a leading multinational industrial group, specialized in high-quality glass manufacturing solutions. To lead the strategy of its furnace and melting operations, they are seeking a professional with a solid track record in continuous industrial glass manufacturing.

Job description:

We are looking for a Glass Manufacturing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and proper functioning of the Batch and Melting processes.
Additionally, this person will coordinate studies, projects, repairs, or reconstructions of furnaces and feeders, ensuring optimal maintenance and minimized energy consumption.

Requirements:

• Experience

  • Solid demonstrable experience of at least 8 years leading planning, production scheduling, and S&OP processes in industrial plants.

  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.

• Education

  • University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Organization, Operations Management, or similar. Post-graduate training in Supply Chain Management will be highly valued.

• Languages

  • Bilingual in Spanish.

  • C1 level in English.

  • A third European language will be a plus.

• Competences

  • Essential advanced and strategic experience with SAP IBP as a key tool for integrated business planning.

  • Expert level mastery of Excel for the analysis of complex logistical scenarios and reporting.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict mediation skills.

  • Strategic thinking, orientation to financial results of operations, and business vision.
