About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ESG data collection across departments (HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.) and improve data availability and quality.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness by preparing documentation for audits and external verification.
- Maintain and improve ESG data management systems and processes by supporting training and awareness on ESG data requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve ESG data processes and reporting efficiency.
- Monitor evolving ESG regulations and frameworks.
- Contribute to ESG communication materials, including quarterly sustainability newsletters and external sustainability content.
- Manage internal renewable energy purchases (EACs) from end to end.
- Manage the Employee Engagement Programme.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills: Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of rigour
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
