A dedicated Programme Director is needed to orchestrate the people side of this transformation, ensuring that new ways of working are adopted, benefits are realised, and change fatigue is minimised.  The Revenue Forecasting programme will improve pipeline and revenue reporting across agencies, supporting better business forecasting and growth tracking. It will reducing manual effort, standardise reporting processes, and increase adoption of CRM and revenue tracking tools by addressing data quality, process maturity, and adoption challenges.  The Programme Director is accountable for the overall success of a programme, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes and benefits realisation.
