We’re on the hunt for a Senior Global Sourcing Coordinator on a 6-month contract who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and knows how to keep multiple projects moving across teams and suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and drive retail sourcing projects from start to finish

• Work directly with overseas suppliers to get quotes, timelines, and samples moving

• Build accurate landed costs including freight, duties, and tariffs

• Provide timely quotes and updates to the Sales team

• Keep projects on track, on budget, and on schedule

• Manage daily coordination between Sales, suppliers, and logistics

• Maintain trackers, documentation, and reports

• Strong project management skills. You know how to juggle priorities

• Experience working with suppliers and sourcing or production workflows

• Confidence in calculating landed costs and managing budgets

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator

• Comfortable working under pressure with shifting priorities
