As our Global Recruitment Sourcing Lead, you'll own the full sourcing function within the Global&nbsp;Recruitment Department: setting the strategy, leading a team of hybrid sourcers, and personally stepping in to&nbsp;crack our hardest-to-fill roles. When the organization needs world-class talent fast, you're the person who delivers.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <p>Set and own the talent sourcing strategy</p> <ul> <li>Define across the 10 markets that we operate in sourcing targets in partnership with the&nbsp;Recruitment Lead, and build the playbook to consistently hit them.</li> <li>Identify and implement improvements to our sourcing and Staff Referral Program (e.g.&nbsp;scoreboards, bonuses, targets, and other levers)&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead projects to trial new sourcing strategies or improve our processes</li> <li>Identify and build relationships with external partners (agencies, educational institutions, peer&nbsp;organizations), and report to key One Acre Fund leadership groups.&nbsp;</li> <li>Directly responsible for delivering talent sourcing outcomes eg “x sourced hires in 2025.”</li> </ul> <p>Lead and develop a team of recruiters</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct management to 1–3 recruitment team members over time. Manage check-ins,<br>performance reviews (PDRs), and KPI tracking</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Fill critical roles with the best talent</p> <ul> <li>Roll up your sleeves by personally owning end-to-end and driving searches that matter most to<br>the organization.</li> </ul> <h3>Career Growth and Development</h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people.
