<li data-start="192" data-end="309">Architect and implement scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions ensuring high availability and resilience</li>
<li data-start="311" data-end="416">Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring to support reliable system operations</li>
<li data-start="418" data-end="534">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system design, and mentor engineers to drive best practices</li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications and Skills</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li data-start="568" data-end="676">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li data-start="678" data-end="758">7+ years of experience in backend software engineering and distributed systems</li>
<li data-start="760" data-end="843">Strong proficiency in Golang with hands-on experience building production systems</li>
<li data-start="845" data-end="926">Experience designing and developing microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC services</li>
<li data-start="928" data-end="1022">Strong knowledge of testing practices including unit testing, BDD, and clean code principles</li>
<li data-start="1024" data-end="1091">Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or Google Pub/Sub</li>
<li data-start="1093" data-end="1167">Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably GCP</li>
<li data-start="1169" data-end="1267">Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code</li>
<li data-start="1269" data-end="1321">Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases</li>
<li data-start="1323" data-end="1434">Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in dynamic environments</li>
