We are seeking a dedicated Golf Cars Product Supervisor to lead the development, management, and growth of our mobility product portfolio, including golf cars, e-bikes, and scooters.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute sales plans by channel, SKU, and store, driven and supported by:
- Brand positioning and category product architecture (product catalog) by channel, geographical area, and store, in line with Sort Meter and Quartile approach.
- Category product display planogram by channel, geographical area, and store, in line with Sort Meter/Quartile approach, supplier go-to-market strategy, and product life cycle.
- Category product pricing architecture by channel.
- Concluding a solid category product promotional calendar by channel in coordination with suppliers and B.TECH promotional calendar.
- Running product knowledge and floor go-to-market programs by channel and ensuring on-ground execution, efficient communication, and engagement (planogram and display refreshment, product life cycle, promotions, and price execution, contests).
Execute sourcing and procurement strategy, including:
- Leading efficient negotiations with suppliers and securing annual contracts that ensure product availability (right place, right quantity, right quality, right time).
- Ensuring stock levels across the system in line with inventory coverage standards.
- Coordinating product rotation with suppliers across sellable and damaged products across different warehouses.
- Driving category GP growth through margin negotiations, supplier rebates, and claims collection.
- Developing strong supplier relationships to achieve the lowest total system cost, best service levels on delivery and payment, and continuous supplier performance tracking (full vendor management).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within mobility (golf cars, e-bikes, and scooters).
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
