About the role
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for our client's real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search marketing and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Google Ads.
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube (when needed).
- Conduct keyword research to target qualified real estate leads.
- Write compelling ad copy tailored for real estate buyers and sellers.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
- Set up and manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Implement conversion tracking and analyze campaign data to improve results.
- Provide weekly or monthly performance reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and real estate market dynamics.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Ads tools, analytics, and tracking setup.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain results clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
