It streamlines compute, orchestration, security, and observability, helping organizations—including Government and Public Sector enterprises—adopt AI faster, securely, and cost-efficiently.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity: Driving AI Adoption Across Government &amp; PSU Ecosystem</strong></p> <p>Join us at the forefront of India’s digital transformation, where you will partner with Government departments, PSUs, and public institutions to enable large-scale AI and cloud adoption.</p> <p>You will play a critical role in navigating complex public sector ecosystems—driving strategic deals, enabling AI-led governance, and contributing to national-scale digital initiatives.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Achieve in This Role</strong></p> <p>You will help Government and PSU organizations move from AI vision to real-world implementation. By engaging senior bureaucrats, IT decision-makers, and system integrators, you will position Neysa’s AI infrastructure as a trusted, compliant, and scalable solution.</p> <p>You will own the end-to-end public sector sales lifecycle—from empanelment and tender participation to bid management and deal closure—while building long-term institutional relationships.</p> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and drive Government &amp; PSU sales cycles for AI, GenAI, and cloud infrastructure solutions<br>• Identify and pursue opportunities through RFPs, RFIs, GeM, and direct engagements<br>• Manage end-to-end tendering lifecycle including bid qualification, response creation, pricing, and submission<br>• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Ministries, PSUs, Smart Cities, and regulatory bodies<br>• Engage with CXOs, CIOs, NIC teams, and technical evaluation committees<br>• Collaborate with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, and consortiums for large deals<br>• Ensure compliance with Government procurement norms, policies, and audit requirements<br>• Position Neysa as a trusted, India-first AI cloud aligned with data sovereignty and security requirements<br>• Work closely with presales, legal, finance, and product teams for bid strategy and solutioning<br>• Track and influence upcoming Government projects, policies, and digital initiatives<br>• Drive large, multi-year, high-value deals with long sales cycles</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in Government / PSU sales (IT, Cloud, Data Center, or SaaS)<br>• Deep understanding of public procurement processes (RFPs, tenders, GeM, empanelment)<br>• Familiarity with working alongside System Integrators and consortium-led bids<br>• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments including bureaucratic and technical teams<br>• Strong understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks in public sector<br>• Experience selling cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solutions is highly preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic &amp; Analytical Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Public Sector Selling:</strong>Align AI/cloud solutions with national and state-level digital missions<br>•&nbsp;<strong>Bid Strategy &amp; Management:</strong>&nbsp;Develop winning proposals in competitive tender environments<br>•&nbsp;<strong>Stakeholder Influence:</strong>&nbsp;Build trust with Government officials, advisors, and partners<br>•&nbsp;<strong>Deal Structuring:</strong>&nbsp;Navigate pricing, compliance, and contract frameworks in PSU deals<br>•&nbsp;<strong>Market Intelligence:</strong>&nbsp;Track Government budgets, policies, and upcoming initiatives<br>•&nbsp;<strong>Ecosystem Collaboration:</strong>&nbsp;Work with SIs, OEMs, and policy stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field<br>• 8–15 years of experience in Government / PSU sales<br>• Proven track record of winning large Government or PSU deals<br>• Experience with GeM, NIC, MeitY projects, or State Government engagements is a strong advantage<br>• Exposure to AI, Cloud, Data Center, or Digital Transformation solutions preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Mindset</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly structured and process-driven<br>• Strong persistence to navigate long and complex sales cycles<br>• Relationship-first approach with Government stakeholders<br>• Detail-oriented with strong compliance mindset<br>• Resilient, patient, and outcome-focused</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why This Role Is a Unique Opportunity at Neysa</strong></p> <p>This role gives you the opportunity to shape how India’s Government and Public Sector adopt AI at scale—impacting millions of citizens.</p> <p>You will be at the intersection of policy, technology, and national transformation—selling a differentiated AI acceleration platform designed for India’s needs.</p> <p>At Neysa, you won’t just close deals—you’ll help power India’s AI-led governance future.</p> <p><strong>Team Culture &amp; Inclusion</strong></p> <ul> <li>Dynamic, mission-driven, and collaborative environment<br>• Culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning<br>• Inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued</li> </ul> <p><strong>Love what this role has to offer?
