About the role

Our Client is a prestigious international company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

FUNCTION:
Panning, coordinating and supervising the installation and operational readiness of Dedicated Offices under the PSP capacity-building program; The role includes overseeing suppliers, contractors and service providers during installation and go-live phases, coordinating logistical readiness and operational efficiency across multiple project locations; interfacing with government departments to support Immigration & Work Quota, Permitting and Customs services; acting as a focal point with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Travel, Transport and Site Logistics; maintaining personnel rotation schedules and government engagement registers; and ensuring full compliance with corporate governance standards, conflict-of-interest prevention and anti-corruption regulations, while guaranteeing uninterrupted service delivery in line with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Logistics or a related field;
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Mining or large-scale infrastructure projects;
  • Proven experience in supervising service contracts and managing contractors;
  • Solid background in office administration and project coordination;
  • Experience working in multinational and complex project environments;
  • Familiarity with EPC contractors, subcontractors and government relations;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems;
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, logistics and operational readiness;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate constraints;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Mozambican nationality.
