About the role
<p>The Gracent Scholarship Program supports our clinician’s educational and professional aspirations by providing financial assistance ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 per academic year for accredited academic programs, courses, and certifications. Through this program, we aim to foster professional development, enhance skills, and promote lifelong learning among our team members.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Eligibility Requirements</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335557856":16777215,"335559738":120,"335559739":120}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Be a full-time employee of Gracent with a minimum of one year of continuous service prior to applying, </li>
<li>Hold a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (documentation proving GPA is required), </li>
<li>Be in good standing in your current role including having performance review ratings on average of 3.0 or higher, </li>
<li>Be currently enrolled in an accredited master's or PhD degree program, related to obtaining licensure as a BCBA, OT, PT, SLP, NP, LCPC, or LCSW. </li>
<li>Be able to provide at least 2 professional and 2 educational references. </li>

<li><6 months of employment after receiving award – Employee will be required to pay back the full scholarship award. </li>
<li>>6 months of employment after receiving award – Employee will be required to pay back a prorated scholarship award. </li>
<li>1+ year of employment after receiving award – Employee will not be required to repay the award. </li>
