Graphic Designer

Overview

Role Purpose:

To assist the Design Manager in creating and applying various engaging designs to support the brands’ communication requirements and to ensure Transmed identity is applied according to the standards.

 

Responsibilities

 

Accountabilities:

Creative & Art Direction

• Supports in generating bring to life exciting and homogenous designs across multiple mediums for different marketing requirements whilst adhering to brand guidelines and delivery timeline
• Creates designs as assigned for digital marketing purposes to be posted on online platforms

Graphic Design & Application

• Works on amendments of existing designs based on feedback of involved stakeholder and senior graphic designer
• Prepares layouts and artworks for final review before printing
• Ensures design artworks are workable on industrial scales
• Proofreads to produce safeguard accurate and utmost deliverables
• Keeps abreast of the latest developments and emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere, After Effects
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Academic Education & Professional Certifications

• BA in Graphic Design or similar field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution
• Digital Graphic Design Certificates is a plus

 

Operational & Managerial Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or agency environments handling similar brands
• Exposure to brand-building projects, packaging development, and social media content creation
• Familiarity with working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments
• Capable of sketching and conceptualizing ideas from scratch (hand-drawn or digital)
• Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) and ability to integrate them into the creative process

 

Technical & Soft Skills

• Good computer skills: PowerPoint
• Excellent Design Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Highly motivated with strong artistic and creative skills
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details
