Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Part-Time Graphic Designer.

Your main tasks
Designing and structuring high-quality sales presentations, sponsorship decks and pitch materials
Translating complex rights packages, data and commercial concepts into clear and visually engaging content
Creating creative concepts and visual storytelling frameworks for sponsorship proposals
Supporting the Client Servicing and Sales Teams with tailored presentation materials for federations, sponsors and agencies
Developing visually innovative sports marketing plans and proposal documents
Contributing to the preparation of workshops, internal strategy decks and client-specific assemblies
Ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials
Bringing fresh creative ideas to enhance the impact of commercial communication
Your profile
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design or creative services, preferably within sports marketing or a related industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, sponsorship decks or commercial storytelling
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Keynote knowledge is a plus
Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography and layout
Ability to transform strategic and commercial content into compelling visual narratives
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with or strong interest in AI-powered design tools and applications
Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and account teams
Passion for sports and understanding of the sports marketing ecosystem is highly preferred
Only Turkish citizens or candidates with a valid work permit in Turkey are eligible to apply.
