This senior individual contributor role is focused on reliable delivery, strong design craft, and speed, partnering closely with Art Director to bring complex ideas to life through clear, effective design.  Reporting to the Head of Design, this role requires the ability to independently own deliverables, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams. This role supports complex initiatives led by the Art Director while owning day-to-day execution across core marketing and sales deliverables.  This role is based in Center City Philadelphia, with the option to work remotely 2–3 days per week.
