Senior Graphic Designer

This role thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and consistently delivers clear, visually compelling design work.</p> </div> </div> <div class="center" data-v-b0b316a4=""> <div class="description" data-v-b0b316a4=""> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Creating well articulated design concepts and high quality design work</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicating concepts through art direction and creating high-fidelity mockups</p> </li> <li> <p>Scaling concepts across a wide range of physical and digital outputs</p> </li> <li> <p>Creating design systems and guidelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Presenting work internally and to clients</p> </li> <li> <p>Creating and managing production files, assets, and adhering quality assurance standards</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing projects and workflow from initial concept through production.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborating with producers, strategists, art directors, and designers across the creative team</p> </li> <li> <p>Shaping and managing decks and maintaining internal design standards</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage communication with vendors and production partners</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus).</p> </li> <li> <p>BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or 3D experience is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated expertise in typography and developing design systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interest in art direction.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.</em></p> </div> </div>
