Graphic Designer

The role includes assisting in concept development and art direction, working systematically across applications, developing high-fidelity design work and mockups, and carrying ideas from concept through execution for both internal and client-facing work.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Design Director and team in developing design applications and project deliverables</li> <li>Collaborate with the design team to execute assets within established timelines</li> <li>Create and refine graphic materials aligned with creative guidelines</li> <li>Assist in the development of presentation decks and supporting materials</li> <li>Ensure all deliverables meet creative standards and project requirements</li> <li>Maintain clear communication with internal teams throughout project execution</li> <li>Develop event collateral and design concepts as needed</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus).</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma</li> <li>Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and web design is a plus.</li> <li>A demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills.</li> <li>Excellent aesthetic judgment and a clear understanding of visual design principles.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
