Our potential clients should be able to understand the goals, impact, and power of our creative mockups without looking at the description.</p> <p>**<strong>submission of a strong portfolio is required.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do Here:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Creative team in the creation of pitch decks, RFPs, creative concepts, and mockups in Google Slides or any additional format required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Creative team and Strategists</li> <li>Produce sketches, storyboards roughs to visualize ideas where needed</li> <li>Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience for each brand</li> <li>Take work from concept to final execution within quick deadlines</li> <li>Present completed ideas to team members and revise where needed</li> <li>Stay on top of all industry trends and maintain best practices</li> <li>Align with the project manager/deck lead to ensure all creative produced for Business Development assets aligns with our team’s capabilities</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments at Viral Nation to produce necessary assets or materials for the completion of any RFP or internal project </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Need To Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer</li> <li>Hands-on experience with graphic design including creative ideation, logo design, typography, color, web layout design, social media graphics and mockups, pitch deck design, and image selection&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Slides</li> <li>Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio</li> <li>Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well</li> <li>Team player with strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Comfortable conceptualizing creative ideas on your own</li> <li>Must have a strong understanding of the RFP process&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have experience designing pitch deck templates and mockups</li> <li>Relevant education or training</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">This role has an annual salary range of <strong>$60,000 to $70,000</strong>.&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <div class="p-rich_text_section">This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level.
