<h1><strong>Junior Graphic Designer</strong></h1>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> London, UK (Fully Remote or Hybrid – Farringdon Office Optional)<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><strong>Salary:</strong> £23,000 – £27,000 per year + bonus (depending on experience and location)</p>
<h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2>
<p>The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creation of engaging learning materials and marketing assets across multiple formats. This role focuses on developing high-quality visual content for training programs, digital learning experiences, and brand communications while maintaining consistency with company brand guidelines and design standards.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Team and wider business stakeholders, contributing creative ideas and supporting the delivery of innovative learning and marketing solutions.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Design & Content Development</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create new learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other learning design software</li>
<li>Design marketing assets including email campaigns, social media content, digital advertising, website graphics, and presentation materials</li>
<li>Support the development of engaging visual content across multiple delivery formats</li>
<li>Assist with video editing and motion graphics projects, with opportunities for further development in these areas</li>
<li>Ensure all visual content aligns with company brand guidelines and quality standards</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Brand Management & Quality Assurance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Enforce and maintain brand guidelines across all business outputs</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and visual quality throughout learning and marketing materials</li>
<li>Review and refine design outputs to meet internal standards and project requirements</li>
<li>Maintain attention to detail and accuracy across all deliverables</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Project Collaboration & Communication</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Design Team and wider business stakeholders on creative projects</li>
<li>Support the delivery of projects within agreed timelines</li>
<li>Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to design challenges</li>
<li>Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Innovation & Continuous Improvement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices</li>
<li>Adopt AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate ideation, and improve design workflows</li>
<li>Share examples and insights on how AI can be integrated into creative processes</li>
<li>Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across projects</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Required Skills</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating core graphic design principles</li>
<li>Excellent working knowledge of:</li>
<ul>
<li>Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop)</li>
</ul>
<li>Understanding of digital multimedia formats and publishing</li>
<li>Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Highly self-motivated with an innovative mindset</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
<li>Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows, with examples of practical application preferred</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>1+ year of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Preferred / Desirable Skills</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Interest in or understanding of digital learning content design</li>
<li>Experience with Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar eLearning software</li>
<li>Video production experience</li>
<li>Experience with Camtasia, Premiere Pro, Audition, or similar multimedia software</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Work Environment</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Fully remote or hybrid working model</li>
<li>Optional access to London office (Farringdon)</li>
<li>Home working equipment provided</li>
<li>Standard working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm</li>
