About the role:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience across digital and print, creating branding assets like brochures, packaging, and POP materials. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of how these translate into physical environments and ensures high-quality, consistent brand execution across all deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to seamlessly move between print and digital design, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both technical requirements and brand standards.

  • Strong print and POP experience, including designing brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk materials, with a solid understanding of how these assets translate into physical environments.

  • Strong understanding of print production (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the ability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors in fast-paced environments.

  • Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables.

  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes.

  • Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions

  • Develop visual presentations that help communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design across digital and print, with proven seniority and ownership of brand asset development and production

  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability over projects

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Good level of English

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality work
