Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club <strong>Loudoun United FC</strong>.</span></p>

This fast-paced position supports daytime, pre-game, and in-game field maintenance—from edging and mound repair to dragging the infield and assisting with on-field activities. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to work outdoors in a team-focused environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in turf and sports field management.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></span></div>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Daytime: Assist with edging, bullpen maintenance, mound/plate repair, and setting up batting practice equipment</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Pre-Game & In-Game: Assist with the removal of batting practices equipment, dragging of infield skin, chalking foul lines, removal of tarps, assisting with on-field activities</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with non-baseball field events</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned by Head Groundskeeper</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work and represent the IronBirds in a professional manner</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work unsupervised</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and assist with the installation and removal of the field tarp in inclement weather situations</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work hours include daytime, evenings, weekends and some holidays, as applicable</span></li>
