Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 4 days on / 3 days off

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour support and supervision for residents in a home-like setting.

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.

• Ensure residents’ safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.

• Administer medications as directed and follow health and safety protocols.

• Promote independence and engage residents in community and social activities.

• Implement and follow personalized care plans tailored to residents’ needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and resident progress.

• Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience in caregiving, group homes, or working with individuals with disabilities preferred (training provided).

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.

• Must pass a background check and meet state regulatory requirements.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
