<p>As <strong>Group Product Manager </strong>for our <strong>Travel Management vertical</strong>, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a big piece of Engine’s core, strategic product lines. You’ll lead a team of product managers and work across engineering, design, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market to launch and scale a best-in-class travel management experience.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the management of our travel management function - the engine that makes our travel platform work for businesses. </li>
<li>Vision and roadmap setting for the travel management products and team strategy, including resource allocation, goal setting and strategic execution. This requires a balance between long and short term as well as a balance between individual team goals and the larger product area goals. </li>
<li>Work with cross functional design and engineering leaders to create the overarching strategy on the team. </li>
<li>You’ll own teams working on areas like Roles, Permissions, Account Setup, Travel Policies, Reporting, Insights and strategic integrations</li>
<li>Get your hands dirty and get into the product yourself if needed. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Bring to Engine:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a people management or group PM role.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful financial products at scale.</li>
<li><strong>Customer Obsession:</strong> Relentless focus on solving real problems for customers, with strong UX instincts and analytical rigor.</li>
<li><strong>Tech Fluency:</strong> Comfort and experience working with technical teams</li>
<li><strong>Mindset:</strong> You’re a builder at heart—hands-on, collaborative, and excited to scale a new product from the ground up.</li>

In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
