As our Growth and Performance Manager based in Auckland, you will directly coach and mentor our Franchise Partners to build thriving centres, while supporting our expanding footprint across New Zealand.

What You Will Do

  • Franchise Partner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our New Zealand network, partnering closely with Franchise Partners to implement operational and growth strategies that ensure the success of every Success Tutoring centre in the region.
  • Elevate Student Outcomes & Experience: Provide expert guidance to Franchise Partners on leveraging the Success Tutoring methodology to ensure consistently outstanding tutoring delivery for students from Year 1 through to Year 13.
  • Strengthen Franchise Partner Capability: Act as the performance coach, delivering tailored business reviews, operational guidance, and training that empowers Franchise Partners to elevate their leadership and local market impact.
  • Drive Local Market Growth: Support Franchise Partners in executing high-impact, hyper-local marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships with local schools, and running community engagement events that establish each centre as the "go-to" provider.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency & Excellence: Monitor and uphold compliance with all Success Tutoring systems and brand standards across Auckland and broader NZ locations. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and maintain network excellence.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • A Passion for Education: You are driven by student success and have a genuine desire to see business owners thrive across the country.
  • National Mobility: You hold a current New Zealand driver’s licence and are comfortable with regular travel across Auckland and occasional national travel to support our growing network throughout New Zealand.

You’ll Excel Here With:

  • Proven Performance Coaching: At least 2 years’ experience in franchise support, multi-site operations, or business coaching, specifically tracking KPIs and problem-solving at a regional or national level.
  • Strategic Execution: Experience working through structured business improvement programs and creating actionable growth plans for diverse markets.
  • Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience rolling out consistent brand standards and ensuring operational compliance across multiple locations.
  • Facilitation Skills: Confidence delivering impactful group training and workshops (both in-person and virtually) that lift performance and inspire your team.

Key Soft Skills:

  • Influential Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills - you know how to influence and motivate Franchise Partners remotely and in person.
  • Balanced Perspective: Strong empathy for small business owners, balanced with commercial pragmatism and a focus on accountability.
  • Organisational Mastery: Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a national portfolio while holding others to high standards.
  • Resilient Problem-Solver: A natural ability to remain calm and solutions-focused when navigating the challenges of a fast-growing national network.

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience + KiwiSaver.
