About the role
- Team: We're a tight-knit, ambitious team working in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco. We're well-funded by exceptional investors and operators and are scaling quickly. Our founders, Paul and Henry Dornier, are twins and second-time founders who previously sold their first company before leading product, engineering, and marketing teams at Front.
- Rapid growth: Since launch, our customers have used Alpharun to drive hundreds of thousands of customer interactions across insurance and financial services use cases

- 1-5 years of experience in sales development or a similar role with a track record of exceeding targets and generating qualified pipeline
- Experience selling to enterprise customers
- Deep curiosity about AI and the ability to quickly understand technical products
- A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills—able to embed with customers, understand complex business workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor
- Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with
