This is a senior, market-facing role where you will translate complex client business challenges into integrated digital solutions spanning media, content, data, and technology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work and navigating the high-growth enterprise landscape of the MEA region.</p> <p><strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="0">Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead</strong> regional growth strategy and pipeline development by defining target sectors and building structured opportunity pipelines.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Generate</strong> and maintain a qualified multi-million GBP pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnership channels, and executive relationship development.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Own</strong> complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, coordinating cross-functional teams across media, content, data, and technology to develop winning value propositions.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Shape</strong> integrated client solutions that bridge performance media, social/influencer marketing, martech, and customer experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Negotiate</strong> commercial contracts and deal structures to ensure competitiveness while protecting delivery margins.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Execute</strong> regional demand-generation initiatives, including industry events, executive roundtables, and thought leadership programs.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Build</strong> and monetise strategic partnerships with platforms, technology vendors, and consultancies to establish joint go-to-market programs.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,7,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,7,0" data-index-in-node="0">Maintain</strong> deep market and competitive intelligence across the MEA landscape to inform regional positioning.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,8,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,8,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborate</strong> with Client Success teams to identify organic expansion opportunities and cross-sell capabilities within existing accounts.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,9,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,9,0" data-index-in-node="0">Manage</strong> accurate sales forecasting and pipeline governance to ensure consistent delivery against Net New revenue targets.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">About You</strong></p> <p data-path-to-node="10"><strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="0">The essentials:</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">10+ years of progressive experience</strong> in digital marketing, media, adtech, or digital transformation environments.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Deep knowledge of the MEA market</strong> landscape, buying structures, and cultural nuances.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English</strong> (written and verbal).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proven track record</strong> of closing complex, multi-service digital engagements with enterprise or upper mid-market clients.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strong technical understanding</strong> of the digital ecosystem, including programmatic, analytics, CRM/CDP, and marketing automation.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Expertise in consultative selling</strong> and leading multi-disciplinary pitch processes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Exceptional stakeholder management</strong> skills with the ability to influence within a global matrixed agency environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,2,0">Deep vertical expertise in high-growth regional sectors like Travel/Tourism, FinTech, or Neom-related
