About the role
Hire Digital is looking for a Growth Events Lead to use events as a core growth and go-to-market channel across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on launching products, entering new markets, building communities, and accelerating pipeline through high-impact, well-executed events.
Requirements
- Design and execute event-led go-to-market programs for product launches and regional expansion.
- Own end-to-end delivery of B2B events (roundtables, launches, community and partner activations).
- Partner with Product, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to align events with adoption and pipeline goals.
- Use events to drive user acquisition, community engagement, partnerships, and brand credibility.
- Track performance and continuously optimise based on data and outcomes.

- Proven experience launching products, entering new markets, or building communities from zero.
- Strong execution mindset with hands-on delivery experience.
