About the team
TradingView is seeking a high-impact Growth Specialist to drive partnership and sales driven growth across the DACH region. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with a clear mandate to expand TradingView's presence across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms.
You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to onboarding and scaling and play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in one of our most strategic markets.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring a commercial mindset, technical fluency, and strong execution discipline.
Responsibilities
As a Growth Manager and key member of our Partnerships team, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients within your target region. You will develop strategic alliances, drive our business goals, and collaborate closely with TradingView customers—leading them through technical onboarding and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
Proactively develop outbound client pipelines while efficiently managing inbound client partnership requests.
Approach partnerships with a consultative mindset, crafting tailored proposals and high-impact pitches for financial institutions.
Lead clients through technical onboarding and review/proofread technical team responses to ensure seamless, client-friendly communication.
Actively collect customer insights and share key findings with internal teams to drive product optimization.
Own a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology to constantly optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.
Continuously build overall brand recognition and trust with customers and partners across your designated region.
What makes you the perfect fit
Native or professional fluency in German is required, alongside excellent professional English.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, specifically dealing with financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS.
A self-starter with a partnership-first mindset and a relentless "can-do" attitude. You have a natural ability to identify business opportunities, articulate value propositions, and navigate negotiations to convert leads into long-term strategic partners.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. You take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Competent in Microsoft Office, Slack, and various collaboration tools.
You thrive in a flexible, fast-paced working schedule.
