<h2>Why This Role Exists</h2>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Marketing at Onshore is building the systems that will define the next phase of growth. Not a collection of disconnected campaigns. A real demand engine.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is the first dedicated growth hire, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll own demand generation end-to-end: setting direction, building systems, and driving execution across paid, content, and campaign architecture.</p>
<p data-start="613" data-end="767">You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and agency partners.</p>
<h2>What You'll Own</h2>
<ul>
<li>Build a repeatable content engine, from ideation to distribution, that compounds over time</li>
<li>Partner with our paid media agency to set goals, monitor performance, and drive toward efficient pipeline contribution</li>
<li>Develop campaign architecture that connects audience segmentation, creative, and landing experiences</li>
<li>Improve conversion across the lead to meeting to SQL funnel</li>
<li>Document a GTM playbook that can extend to new verticals and products as we grow</li>
</ul>
<h2>What Success Looks Like at 12 Months</h2>
<ul>
<li>A demand engine that runs predictably, not just campaign to campaign</li>
<li>Measurable improvement in cost per qualified opportunity</li>
<li>Clear vertical positioning that shows up consistently across channels</li>
<li>A GTM framework documented well enough to hand off or replicate</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in growth or marketing, ideally with some experience in a lean B2B environment</li>
<li>You've owned a demand gen function before, not just contributed to one</li>
<li>Comfortable across paid, content, and campaign operations without needing a specialist for every task</li>
<li>Strong with data: you form hypotheses, test them, and know what the numbers are telling you</li>
<li>Fluent with modern marketing tools and AI-assisted workflows; you find ways to do more with less</li>
<li>Strong creative instincts and narrative clarity</li>
<li>Revenue-oriented: you care about pipeline, not just impressions</li>
<li>High agency, low ego</li>
</ul>

<li>You'll work closely with our paid media agency on day-to-day execution</li>
<li>Individual contributor role today, with a realistic path to building a small team as we scale</li>

<p>We offer competitive compensation aligned with impact. The base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 – $180,000. </p>

<p>We’re building in person in New York City. In the office Monday through Thursday and remote on Friday. The team moves quickly, works closely, and holds a high bar for execution. You’ll be surrounded by people who care deeply about what they’re building and expect the same.</p>
