This role sits at the intersection of web development and paid media performance. As our Growth Marketing Engineer, you will own the technical layer that connects our digital experiences to our advertising engine — from pixel-perfect landing pages to robust API integrations with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.</p> <p data-path-to-node="3"><strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="0">Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="4"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Web &amp; Frontend Development:</strong> Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages and campaign microsites, following best practices for performance and SEO. Customize front-end layers using HTML, CSS, and <strong data-path-to-node="4,0,0" data-index-in-node="209">Javascript</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Performance Engineering &amp; Tracking:</strong> Architect and deploy tag management solutions (GTM) and conversion signals. Implement and audit tracking across web properties, including Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Data Connectivity &amp; API Integrations:</strong> Build and maintain custom API integrations between internal systems, our Data Warehouse, and <strong data-path-to-node="4,2,0" data-index-in-node="131">Hubspot</strong> to automate audience uploads and conversion signals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Data Transformation:</strong> Use <strong data-path-to-node="4,3,0" data-index-in-node="25">SQL</strong> to source and transform data from our Data Warehouse, feeding it into marketing platforms and CRM workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">AI-Driven Automation:</strong> Leverage <strong data-path-to-node="4,4,0" data-index-in-node="31">AI tools</strong> and LLMs to rapidly build and deploy automation scripts. Use <strong data-path-to-node="4,4,0" data-index-in-node="101">N8N</strong> to optimize media machine operations and automate manual tasks.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaboration:</strong> Partner with Design and Paid Media teams to ship A/B tests, personalization experiments, and conversion-rate optimization (CRO) initiatives at speed.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="6"><strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="0">Who you are</strong></h3> <p data-path-to-node="7"><em data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="0">“We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. understanding of pixels, attribution, events, and audiences.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,4,0">Experience sourcing and transforming data with <strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0"
