This isn't just about managing a team; it’s about owning the conversion engine of our primary revenue driver while overseeing critical acquisition channels for the entire organization.</p>
<p>In this role, you will lead a dedicated <strong>Growth Squad</strong> (Design and Web Development) focused on relentless conversion rate optimization (CRO). Simultaneously, you will hold a high-level strategic seat, managing the specialists <strong>Email Marketing </strong>managers across the entire company brands.</p>
<p>You are the bridge between high-volume traffic and high-intent conversion. If you are a master of funnels who can lead a squad while steering company-wide acquisition channels, we want you.</p>
<h3><strong>The Core Mission</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Squad Leadership:</strong> Direct management of a cross-functional squad (Design, Copywriting, and Development) dedicated to the AutoDS main brand.</li>
<li><strong>Company-Wide Oversight:</strong> Leading the strategy and execution for <strong>Email Marketing</strong> across all company touchpoints.</li>
<li><strong>Conversion Engine:</strong> Full ownership of the AutoDS main brand top of funnel.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Conversion Rate Optimization (Main Brand):</strong> Own the hypothesis, execution, and measurement of A/B tests and funnel improvements to turn traffic into active users.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Company Channel Management:</strong> Oversee the specialists managing Email Marketing, ensuring these channels perform at scale for the whole company.</li>
<li><strong>Squad Operations:</strong> Lead the day-to-day workflow for your dedicated designer, copywriter, and developers to ensure high-velocity, high-quality output.</li>
<li><strong>Top-Funnel Strategy:</strong> Align search intent with on-page experience and post-click retention via email, creating a seamless journey for our users.</li>
<li><strong>Rapid Experimentation:</strong> Maintain a rigorous testing backlog - from ad copy and search keywords to landing page layouts and email automation sequences.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven Leadership:</strong> Partner with the data team to build dashboards that track key growth KPIs, providing clear insights to stakeholders on how your squad and channels are driving the bottom line.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years of Growth/Performance Marketing experience</strong> in a B2C or B2SMB SaaS environment </li>
<li><strong>Proven Leadership:</strong> Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Developers, or Marketing Specialists).</li>
<li><strong>CRO Expertise:</strong> A track record of measurably improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing and funnel optimization.</li>
<li><strong>Search & Email Mastery:</strong> Deep understanding of Search Engine User Acquisition and Email Marketing lifecycle strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Rigor:</strong> Proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights from complex data.</li>
<li><strong>High-Level English:</strong> Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency is a must.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Familiarity:</strong> Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO), Claude Code + Cowork and a strong understanding of how to leverage dev/design resources effectively.</li>
<li><strong>Bonus:</strong> Experience in the e-commerce industry or familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.</li>
</ul>
